When you sign up new members you will send the service agreement forms and standing orders to Head Office.

On a daily basis Head Office will;

• Enact the standing orders
  
• Raise invoices and post
  
• Credit your bank account with monies due
  
• Arrange legal insurance cover for your new members
  
• Send a joining pack on your behalf to your new members and follow them up by telephone once received to activate their software packages.
  
• Up date your database
  
• Up date the central members database

On a monthly basis Head Office will;

• Compile and edit the newsletter before printing and mailing it to your members, updates will also be uploaded to your local website
  
• Email your members regarding up coming events and functions
  
• Email a list of attendees to you
