Brian Soans: Chief Executive
Following an early career in training and management development, Brian’s last job before starting his own business in 1985, was Managing Director of a company with a £35 million turnover, 1250 staff and 90 locations. He has vast experience of both large and small companies in many industries, but says he’s never enjoyed anything so much as The Business Club which he founded in 1992.

Matthew Bullock: Franchise Director
Matthew has over 7 years business to business experience, he has used his entrepreneurial skills to develop a string of successful businesses, including his own international operation which has now been franchised and sold. Matthew is head of Franchising for The Business Club and has helped streamline the organisation, to be recognised as a national brand set up to help likeminded business people build better and more profitable business.

Lesley Lambert: Operations Director
Lesley is co-founder and Director of The Business Club, for over 14 years Lesley has had great pleasure and satisfaction helping members exceed their expectations – Lesley has immense passion for The Business Club and is very proud of the organisation she has created. Lesley's real strength is organisation and making sure that customer satisfaction is 200%.

George Grant: Membership Manager
George has over 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing. After several managerial positions, George ran his own profitable business for 6 years – and enjoys introducing new and established businesses to The Business Club, creating for them outstanding opportunities.

Stef Barsby: Operations Manager
Stef's background is in administration she has vast experience in customer relations, telesales and credit control. Since joining The Business Club Stef has proved to be very useful in her role as Operations Manager, coordinating the member’s helpdesk, directory and newsletter.
